Welcome Military Families!

Thank you for choosing to be a part of the Creekside Cougar family. Our community is home to many military families across all branches. We are excited to support your children's academic success.

Please get in touch with the district's Office of School Choice for assistance with the enrollment process. Once you have chosen to enroll at Creekside Middle School, our military transitional staff will guide you through the school-specific registration process. Our team has received specialized training in supporting military students, and we are dedicated to making your transition smooth and successful.

We invite you to contact our school's Military and Family Life Counselor (MFLC) at (386) 366-1790 for transitional enrollment support. If you have any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to get in touch with the Military Lead at (386) 366-1790 extension 38914 or via email at alblower@volusia.k12.fl.us or make an appointment to meet with the support staff in our office.
